FH online has just released it’s 100 sexiest women list.

By now, your  wonder who topped the list? Is Halle Berry on it- and if so where did she rank, etc.

So, I’ll just name a few!

#100 Brittany Spears- wtf!

#87 Madonna- now how in the hell did “Madonna” not fall in the top twenty I’ll never know.

ask my opinion and I’ll tell you Madonas hott!

Who the hell decides this list anyway!!!

#60 Fergie, #55 Shakira, #43 Charlize Theron, #62 Nicole Scherzinger  #33 Halle Berry

#14 Rihanna,  #13 Eva Mendes, #12 Angelina Jolie, #20 Beyonce

Megan Fox is #1

I’m not sure she deserves to be #1 on the list- but she is indeed a fox!!

# 2 Jessica Biel- o.k.

#3 Jessica Alba o.k.

Excuse, me for being critical, but can you believe there are only 3 black chicks out of 100!!!

What happened to Kerry Washington? Who played alongside Jaime Foxx in Ray. The movie of the life of Ray Charles life. She should have at least ranked somewhere in the top 5-10!

Than, what about Tyra Banks?????

Grace After Midnight By. Felicia “Snoop” Pearson

 snoopbook.jpg

Her small frame walked from the back of the bookstore toward the seating arrangement- two chairs and  a square table with  two of her book, an advertisement of the reading and two bottle of drinking water neatly placed on top of it. She embodies her character from the wire or should i say the character embodies her, when asked is she like her character from “The Wire” she replies ” No…I have a heart” and continues on by describing her character on HBO as cold…”she doesn’t care about anyone…women…children…nobody” It is than clear that Snoop is nothing like the character she portrays.

She stands a little over five feet tall, petite and fragile looking.  Just one look into her eyes aged but beautiful lonesome eyes says…I’ve been there…I’ve done it all.

As real as her character from the wire- Felicia “Snoop” Pearson sit before me at a Washington, D.C. Barnes and Nobles to talk about her first book- a memoir entitled “Grace after Midnight”. This story talks about her entry into this world as a 3 lbs  crossed eyed daughter of addict that was not expected to live. Than,  she takes you into her childhood life in the streets of Baltimore, where she spiraled down the wrong path. Just like any other child she was enticed by the lifestyle of a hustlers…the money…the cars…the bling

It is apparent that “snoop” believes in destiny. After all she’s been through she still lights up like a bulb when talking about certain happenings in her life in her real life tale of tragedy to triumph. When asked, why did she write this book she replies ” I want to be able to help someone who is- where I was”

It is indeed a pleasure to be in her presence. She looks out at her audience with sincerity and talks  to them like an old friend. She is down to earth and real. She makes a few jokes…laughs with you and cracks an occasional smile. She is as beautiful as a sonnet even in her masculine clothes- she cannot hide how pretty she is. She talks about how attractive her mother was and how although she didn’t like dresses, she put one on to impress her mother.

You can her voice speak to you as you read each page of her book. When she opens the floor for questions she answers them all thoroughly and completely. She leaves no question unanswered and leaves you with clarity. Her body language shows that she is at peace with her past and face holds the hope of a bright, prosperous future.

So, in conclusion I have to say “Go get the book!” Better yet, buy two! one for you/one for a friend…and If there is a young  in your life buy them the book and catch up with her while she’s on tour and get it autographed! It will make a great gift for the holidays.
